The Hideout P.O.A. 2021 Final Budget Treasurer’s Newsletter
The 2021 Final Budget adopted by the Board is identical to the Proposed Budget presented to the membership in December 2020. The goal of the Board of Directors in preparing and approving the 2021 budget was to maintain our current assets, make additions to the current infrastructure, and provide the highest level of service to the property owners. This was done knowing that the dues needed to be kept at the lowest possible level in this uncertain Covid-19 environment. The total dues increase for 2021 is $45 or 2.5% over the 2020 assessment. Refer to the 2021 Proposed Budget Letter in the December 2020 Hideabout for more information about the 2021 budget.
