Tasteful tips and trips was on the road visiting the big city of Atlanta. Antheion Dion is a great friend who is the photographer and videographer of “Always live in Atlanta” and works with the popular radio station “106 Live Radio” Its always a pleasure to hang out in Atlanta with my good friend Antheion. Each time we get a chance to meet, he selects a restaurant and chooses my meal. (I kinda like that!) A few months ago we visited the Cascade Spice house located at 2247 Cascade Rd, Atlanta, GA 30311. It was my first experience here and the atmosphere was a cozy one with celebrity history photos on the walls and lights displayed on the patio sitting area. It was definitely a relating environment to be in. Antheion had me try the fried red snapper and it was amazing! It was crispy on the outside but so tender on the inside. The flavor of spices on the crust mixed well with fish. then I met Chef Tony and he told me the season was a secret. The black rice also went well with the fish. Antheion had the spicy jerk chicken. itasted it but it was seasoned great, but a little too spicy for my taste buds. On my own, I would have never ordered this meal but so glad I had it plus I enjoyed the company of my good friend.
