Hello FSA Friends & Supporters!
What's in a name?
As the new Director of Development, Equity, & HR, I spent a lot of time contemplating this question.
While I am new to fundraising, I know that donors like you do not make charitable gifts to see your name on something. However, everywhere I go, I see names on buildings, inside facility lobbies on donor recognition boards, and on plaques outside of rooms.
They celebrate generosity & recognize commitment They memorialize loved ones
They pay tribute to important people in our lives
Moreover, as a Named Gift donor you have the ability to inspire others to join you in supporting counseling and mental health solutions throughout Elgin and the surrounding communities.
You may not think of yourself as someone with your name on a room, but I invite you to explore the possibilities with me. I think you may be surprised.
I look forward to speaking with you about Family Services Association's expansion and big move.
