brandarchetype | themagician Archetypes are familiar characters that fictitiously represent a brand. They help define the brand and breath life into it. Each archetype has its own set of characteristics, values, attitudes and behaviors.

Optimal Bio’s Archetype: THE MAGICIAN The magician genuinely believes that there is more — something greater than us, greater than what we see.

Magician brands create “magical” moments and help people transform (ex: Optimal Bio, from sickness and pain to the picture of optimal health) Magician brands have grandiose vision – something that others may even see as impossible – but Magician brands believe if they apply the right formula, success is inevitable.

optimalbio logo + icon PRIMARY LOGO - Whenever possible, the primary version of the logo (full color) should appear as shown below in Figure A. The logo can be used with the tagline, “Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy” as shown below in the same color and font style (CORSA) and color as the words “Optimal Bio” LOGO VARIATIONS - Secondary versions of the logo are available in one color iterations as shown in Figure B. The T-Strand icon (Figure C) should only appear by itself as a graphic treatment where the primary logo will also be present (for example: the stationary page) or as a social media icon.

ATTENTION - The logo should never be used in any way other than the previously specified applications.

Use of any stylized, animated, hand drawn or other versions of a unofficial logo is not permitted. This undermines the logo system and brand consistency. Please consult with Optimal Bio if you have any questions or need further help.

incorrectlogo usage The words “Optimal Bio� should not appear in any of the other brand colors as shown below in Figure A. The logo should not appear distorted (stretched or squeezed) or stacked as shown below in Figure B.

This “Bio Bright” color palette is a modern spin on the original Youth Institute color scheme. A few variations in tone and color range bring the classic blue and green hues to life, so they not only exude themes of health and vitality, but also themes of sophistication and expertise.

Fonts are used to visually reinforce the brand story in print.

Using the mid-century design aesthetic, the CORSA font will be used in body copy or headlines of communications.

Its clear, clean design allows for legibility at almost any size and its wide range of styles give it the stamina to thrive in bodies of text as well as in display settings. CORSA can be used for large-scale signage and lowresolution text displays on mobile devices.

brandedapparel | examples The T-strand icon can be used on the front pocket of a shirt as long as the full logo appears on the back of the apparel.

Other treatments include the full logo on the front full chest, or above the left side pocket.

interiordesign | office Modern Transitional Modern style interior design is often characterized by its clutter-free and straight lines designs.

Transitional interior design combines tried & true décor styling utilizing traditional furnishings mixed with modern elements that keep a room from looking like too much of one particular style.

Neutral shades are the cornerstone of modern design. Blacks, whites, tans and grays take center stage, but bold solids may also be used sparingly to provide visual impact on accent walls or décor elements.

Using a variety of textures aids in adding visual interest to these primarily neutral color spaces.
