Welcome
WELCOME TO THE HARLINGTON... With a brand new programme of shows, many appearing at The Harlington for the first time, Fleet’s fun and friendly venue is bursting with top entertainment to whet most appetites. I’m happy to see so many of you returning to see us time and again and we’re always delighted to receive your requests for the return of many of your favourite shows, so keep telling us what you think and we’ll always try to oblige. However it’s also important to keep things fresh, so we’re always striving to find new productions which we know you’ll enjoy just as much. And don’t forget that we won’t settle for just anything, you’ll see many shows at The Harlington which would normally be at home in far larger venues than ours. We regularly receive great feedback from many of those artists, who enjoy coming to our more intimate venue because of its fun atmosphere. We’re commonly told how great the audience has been, which is clearly a factor in them wanting to bring their shows back, even when there are bigger bucks to be had in larger venues. Many of these performers are used to being in theatres and the relaxed cabaret setting of many of our shows gives both performer and audience a more unique experience. It’s lovely to see people letting their hair down and just having fun! 2015 has been a very busy year, and as I write these notes, we’re building up for our busy Christmas period, with all the Harlington Party Nights being almost sold out already (Abba Fever having done so several weeks ago), and sales for this year’s pantomime Aladdin looking to be the best yet! Abba Fever will be returning twice in 2016, with the regular Christmas party night being added to with a date in June to cope with demand! We’ve got first appearances for the very best tributes in the business to Michael Bublé, Fleetwood Mac, Take That, Stevie Wonder, Stereophonics and Neil Diamond; direct from Britain’s Got Talent, the all-male variety show Forbidden Nights, ”Diddy” David Hamilton himself in Rock ‘n Roll Back the Years, comedian Jenny Éclair plus evenings with journalist Peter Snow and classic actor Simon Callow. In addition to all of this, returning favourites include The Great Pretender & HRH Band, Navi: The King Of Pop, Paul Daniels & Debbie McGee, Kast Off Kinks, Samtana and monthly shows for the ever popular Stand Up for Saturday Comedy Club and Fleet Jazz Club. We’re also very proud to be working in conjunction with Fleet Film Club, who in only their first year have been commended for the “Best Programme” at the Cinema for All Awards and won the British Federation of Film Societies’“Audience Award”. Congratulations! In addition to all of our shows, we also run a programme of regular classes and events and you can hire rooms or the entire venue for your own event or party. We can help organise the catering, entertainment or any part of your event, or we can step back and leave it up to you. Keep an eye on our website for up to date information on everything we’re up to and you can also buy tickets for all of the shows via the website or by speaking to one of our friendly box office staff. SEATING PLANS
HOW TO FIND US...
At The Harlington, we try to adapt our seating plans to suit different types of show. They generally fall into the categories of theatre or cabaret, but can differ slightly. The seating layout for our annual pantomime is different, as it involves a grandstand being built specifically for the production, and cabaret layouts can vary from fully seated to a mix of seated and standing, with different sizes of dance floor. These are created to give the customer the best possible experience every time.
The Harlington is situated in the centre of town on Fleet Road and is surrounded by car parks (pay & display). These can be accessed from Fleet Road at the front of the building, Victoria Road to the side or Harlington Way at the rear. The Gurkha Square car park at the front of the building is limited to 2 hours during the day, and in the evening tends to be more expensive to use than the other car parks which offer a flat fee of ÂŁ1 for the evening after 6pm. If parking for longer than 2 hours during the day, Victoria Road is the most ideal car park.
The seating plan for performances can be seen online when booking tickets or can be discussed with a member of box office staff, and most allow you to choose where you sit with the exception of unreserved performances. The two most common seating plans are shown below.
Train services into Fleet are frequent with the station being on the main Southampton to Waterloo line with access from towns such as Basingstoke and Farnborough being very quick and easy. From the station head straight up Fleet Road towards the town centre. The Harlington can be found on the right hand side of the road (20 minutes approximately by foot or 3-5 minutes by taxi). Bus services also run along Fleet Road and the surrounding area.

BOX OFFICE OPENING TIMES
The box office is open Monday - Friday between 10am - 5pm and on Saturday between 10am - 3pm (open later on performance days). Tickets can be purchased at any time via the website (fees apply).
FEES
BARS/CAFÉ
The Function bar is open before the show and during the interval and the café during matinee performances. There is an additional bar inside the auditorium which is open throughout and after most cabaret shows.
LATECOMERS
We do not charge any booking fees for telephone or counter sales when paid by debit card or cash. A small fee is chargeable for credit card payments dependant on the value of the sale. Online booking fees are charged at 70p per ticket. There is an optional £1.00 postage fee per transaction.
Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
TICKET COLLECTION
Our performance spaces, bars and toilets are all accessible. To ensure a comfortable visit, please inform our staff at time of booking if you require any further assistance.
REFUNDS

RESERVATIONS
All information contained in this brochure was correct to the best of our knowledge at time of going to press.
We’re happy to hold tickets at the box office for collection or will post them out at your request (£1.00 postage fee). Once purchased, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets unless an event is cancelled. We can reserve tickets for up to 3 days. Restrictions do apply closer to the date of a performance, when an event is near to sell-out, or at a producer/promoter’s request.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Under 18s are welcome to attend the majority of our shows when accompanied by an adult. This is left to the discretion of the parent/guardian. Some performances do carry a suggested age limit as we feel they are not suitable for a younger audience. If in doubt, please check with the Box Office.
MEAL TICKETS
When a meal ticket is purchased with an event, please note the arrival time, which will normally be earlier than the standard “doors open” time. This is to allow you enough time to enjoy your food before the performance starts.
