WELCOME TO THE HARLINGTON...

Top quality entertainment here at The Harlington just seems to keep coming, with more household names, alongside some of the finest live music and comedy, wanting to perform at Fleet’s entertainment venue. With so many popular shows, there often aren’t enough tickets to meet demand, proving that The Harlington continues to be one of the best and friendliest venues around, something that you, our audiences let us know, by keep on returning. Due to the intimate nature of our auditorium, you’re never too far from the stage (or bar for that matter!) and with seating layouts which are designed to work with each individual show, you know that every detail of your night has been considered, giving you, our audiences the very best experience every time. The majority of shows are sold in a cabaret format, meaning that you can enjoy drinks throughout the performance at your table and at most live music shows, you’re free to get up and dance or can even buy standing tickets.

The Harlington continues to attract bigger names and productions together with the very best in comedy and live music including some of the finest tribute bands in the business.

We’re earning quite a reputation for only booking the very best, which, together with the great party atmosphere, is the reason why they’re always so popular with our audiences.

As usual, we have a number of returning shows which are continuously requested, the likes of The Blues Brothers Experience, Abba Fever, The Great Pretender & HRH Band and Mainly Madness alongside a considerable number of new productions for the venue such as BAFTA nominated comedy musician Richard Digance, Only Fools & Horses favourite John Challis, Gerry & the Pacemakers, Barron Knights, Lindisfarne, Sid’s Show and tribute shows Johnny 2 Bad, Counterfeit Quo, One Night of Elvis with Lee Memphis King, Oasis UK, Silver Beatles and Kai McKenzie as Michael Buble...the list keeps going! Our popular monthly comedy club is now into its fifth year and we’ve just introduced a brand new magic show, aptly named The Magicians Live, which is run in the same format and is proving to be a lot of fun. Throw in our annual pantomime which this year will be Aladdin and you may find yourself a little spoilt for choice!

Don’t forget there is so much more to The Harlington than just entertainment, we run regular classes and events and you can hire rooms or the entire venue for your own event or party. We can help organise the catering, entertainment or any part of your event, or we can step back and leave it up to you. HOW TO FIND US...

At The Harlington, we try to adapt our seating plans to suit different types of show.

They generally fall into the categories of theatre or cabaret, but can differ slightly.

The seating layout for our annual pantomime is different, as it involves a grandstand being built specifically for the production, and cabaret layouts can vary from fully seated to a mix of seated and standing, with different sizes of dance floor. These are created to give the customer the best possible experience every time.

The Harlington is situated in the centre of town on Fleet Road and is surrounded by car parks (pay & display). These can be accessed from Fleet Road at the front of the building, Victoria Road to the side or Harlington Way at the rear. The Gurkha Square car park at the front of the building is limited to 2 hours during the day, and in the evening tends to be more expensive to use than the other car parks which offer a flat fee of ÂŁ1 for the evening after 6pm. If parking for longer than 2 hours during the day, Victoria Road is the most ideal car park.

The seating plan for performances can be seen online when booking tickets or can be discussed with a member of box office staff, and most allow you to choose where you sit with the exception of unreserved performances. The two most common seating plans are shown below.

Train services into Fleet are frequent with the station being on the main Southampton to Waterloo line with access from towns such as Basingstoke and Farnborough being very quick and easy. From the station head straight up Fleet Road towards the town centre. The Harlington can be found on the right hand side of the road (20 minutes approximately by foot or 3-5 minutes by taxi). Bus services also run along Fleet Road and the surrounding area.

HARLINGTON GENERAL INFORMATION BOX OFFICE OPENING TIMES

The box office is open Monday - Friday between 10am - 5pm and on Saturday between 10am - 3pm (open later on performance days). Tickets can be purchased at any time via the website (fees apply).

FEES

We do not charge any booking fees for telephone or counter sales when paid by debit card or cash.

A small fee is chargeable for credit card payments dependant on the value of the sale. Online booking fees are charged at 70p per ticket. There is an optional £1.00 postage fee per transaction.

BARS/CAFÉ

The Function bar is open before the show and during the interval and the café during matinee performances. There is an additional bar inside the auditorium which is open throughout and after most cabaret shows.

LATECOMERS

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.

ACCESS

TICKET COLLECTION

Our performance spaces, bars and toilets are all accessible. To ensure a comfortable visit, please inform our staff at time of booking if you require any further assistance.

REFUNDS

For information on forthcoming events or special offers, call the box office on 01252 811009 and ask to be added to our mailing list. Alternatively email customerservices@fleet-tc.gov.uk or visit the contact page on the website. We won’t share your details with anybody else.

We’re happy to hold tickets at the box office for collection or will post them out at your request (£1.00 postage fee).

Once purchased, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tickets unless an event is cancelled.

RESERVATIONS

We can reserve tickets for up to 3 days. Restrictions do apply closer to the date of a performance, when an event is near to sell-out, or at a producer/promoter’s request.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Under 18s are welcome to attend the majority of our shows when accompanied by an adult. This is left to the discretion of the parent/guardian. Some performances do carry a suggested age limit as we feel they are not suitable for a younger audience. If in doubt, please check with the Box Office.

MEAL TICKETS

When a meal ticket is purchased with an event, please note the arrival time, which will normally be earlier than the standard “doors open” time. This is to allow you enough time to enjoy your food before the performance starts.
