Auction Rules

All sales are final and are subject to terms and conditions stipulated by the donor at the time of donation. No exchanges or refunds on auction items or services are permitted. All items and services have been donated to The Green Vale School and are sold by the School and not by the donor. All items and services are non-transferable.

All auction items and services must be used by November 21, 2026 unless otherwise specified. If so, stipulated dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of donor and buyer. Restaurant donations do not include tax, gratuity or liquor unless specifically stated.

The Green Vale School warrants neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. Descriptions of items and services have been made with reasonable effort to be accurate. All items are sold "as is" and "where is" and without warranty or representation of any kind to the accuracy of the description, genuineness, authenticity, condition, quality or fitness for any purpose. Dollar values are estimates provided by the donor and are not warranted by The Green Vale School for tax purposes or fair market value.

By participating in this auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that none of The Green Vale School, the donor of the property or services or anyone assisting in the auction shall be liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of auctioned items or services sold.

The amount that may be deductible for tax purposes by a successful bidder with respect to any item or service is limited to the excess of the amount paid by the successful bidder for the item or service over the fair market value of the package.

The Purchaser will be liable for damage to any item purchased at this auction.

LIVE AUCTION: The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. The Auctioneer shall have the sole and final authority to re-offer and resell the item or service in the event of a dispute.

LIVE and SILENT AUCTION: All auction items must be paid in full by December 19, 2025.
