Energy Management Communications Specialist, UC Berkeley
Erin Fenley is the Energy Management Communications Specialist for the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently focusing on the development and implementation of a campus-wide outreach and behavior change campaign around energy conservation. A 2011 graduate of the Design for Sustainability Master of Arts program at Savannah College of Art and Design, Erin studied the ways in which graphic design and communication can facilitate sustainable behaviors and promote new social norms. Her professional career has included experience in graphic design, web design, and art direction in advertising, along with work as an art educator in public schools and non-profit organizations.
Leah Dockstader
Programs Director, Bay Area Green Tours
Leah is the Programs Director for Bay Area Green Tours, where she oversees the implementation of educational tour programs related to sustainability. Leah studied Sustainable Development and Environmental Justice at UC Berkeley, focusing on climate change adaptation and food systems. After graduating, she served as the Outreach and Marketing Manager for the Union City site of California Youth Energy Services. She also travelled with Global Inheritance doing community education on renewable energy, and facilitated events for the Institute of Environmental Entrepreneurship. Leah is interested in supporting empowering solutions to food justice issues as well as facilitating creative discussions amongst change-makers.

Andy helps kW Engineering grow into new, exciting markets where kW’s expertise in saving dollars, energy, and water in buildings is needed. Prior to joining kW, Andy was a co-founder of the Business Sustainability Network: an invite-only, private peer network of senior executives from 14 industry-leading multinationals focused on deploying energy, water, and waste solutions in facilities, fleets, and products. Prior to BSN, Andy spent 2.5 years living and working in Asia with Platinum Technology Partners: a technology transfer consultancy he co-founded in 2006. Originally from Ohio, Andy studied Engineering & Public Policy and Materials Science & Engineering at Carnegie Mellon.
