Can we play our own music?
Yes you can. We have a full in house PA System. We would ask you to create you own Spotify Playlist that we can load on to our system in our office.
We have a full lighting rig and Mirror balls onsite so this will help you dance the night away.
If you would like to share photographs/videos we have screens.
Can we provide our own entertainment?
Yes, you can. but this would need to be pre arranged with us. We would require any DJ, Bands or Singers To plug in to the House PA & Use the House Lighting. Due to volume control
We can also provide entertainment at an extra cost. Everything from DJ’s to Singers and comedians. We know a lot of people so we can find you the perfect act.
Can we provide our own Food?
We are sorry but due to Food Health and Safety you can not provide your own food. But we are more than happy for you to bring a Cake!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Venue hire charge is required to guarantee your date on the day of booking, deposit information will be sent with enquiry replies. All enquiries are treated equally until the date is confirmed through deposit.
Deposits are Non refundable. Food/Pre-ordered Drinks must be paid for at the time of pre-ordering, this is no later than 30 days before the event .
What happens if more people turn up on the day than we were expecting?
We know that it can be hard to forecast the number of guests who will attend on the day. Please try to give us as much notice as possible if numbers change. Should more guests turn up than you were expecting, we will do our best wherever possible to provide additional catering. Please take note of max venue numbers. We do reserve the right to turn guests away once we reach capacity.
Can I store items with you the day before/after the event?
If you would like to drop anything off on the day this needs to be pre-arranged with us as we do not always have people on site. Additionally everything must be taken at the end of the event, on the night itself so we are able to give the next event full access to the venue.
What’s your policy on decorating?
Decorating is welcomed, we want your event to look and feel how you want it to. But for the sake of our walls and floors we’ve had to put the following ‘rules’ in place: no confetti or party poppers or attaching anything to walls without checking with the Duty Manager first. Time to Decirating must be within your hire time
What’s your hire charge?
We work on a hourly rate from as little as £40 per hour for at least 4 hours.

Every event has a £500 minimum bar spend if this amount is not reached you will be charged for the difference at the end of the night. - We may take a credit card from you to cover this at the start of the event

The Venue must be clear by 1am
Can we host a 18th or 21st Birthday Party?
Yes you can. But for this type of Event you will be required for pay for Door Staff at around £30 per hour for the whole of your event.
We have policy where we will search everyone’s bags on entry to the venue.
We also require a full guest list with DOB on, to cross check people’s ID’s.
We also provide over 18s with wristbands to buy drinks from the bar.
Please bring your ID.
If people leave the venue they will not be able to re-enter.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, however, please note that unfortunately we don’t have an accessible toilet. Our loos are in our basement.
Where can we Smoke or Vape?
We do not allow Smoking or Vaping or Drinking out the front of our venue / In Our Cave. But you are more than welcome to do this in our courtyard.
Is the Venue Air Conditioned?
Yes it is. We will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Can we bring our own drinks?
No, Sorry! Only drinks bought on site can be consumed on the premises. Any one found with own drinks will be asked to leave the venue,
