Gas plays a significant role in South Africa's energy mix. Gas produces fewer carbon emissions compared to other traditional energy sources, helping South Africa transition to a green future.

While transitioning through our energy landscape, it isimportant that any consumer utilising a gas system in a domestic, commercial, industrial or specialised capacity must make use of a registered gas practitioner.

Why? Through registration - once a gas practitioner has completed the relevant training to work on specific gas systemsSAQCC Gas will certify the practitioner enabling the issuing of a digital Certificate of Conformity (CoC) on completion of work.
