JANUARY 1- DECEMBER 1, 2025
At the heart of our work at the Guild is a simple belief: when people have access to opportunity, communities thrive In 2025, we continued building pathways that help individuals and families move forward with confidence, stability, and hope
This year, we saw; young people discover new possibilities, adults strengthen their foundations, and community members take meaningful steps toward education, employment, and economic mobility. Each success story reflects the power of connection between neighbors, partners, supporters, and the dedicated staff who bring this mission to life every day.
From the joy and growth experienced by young people at Camp Mary Orton to the life-changing moments created through the Work Readiness Academy™, we saw how connection and support open doors for the next generation These experiences remind us that Next Starts Here, in the spaces where potential is discovered and communities come together to support brighter futures

Hi, my name is Shay and I have really enjoyed my time in Career Bridges. I have learned to communicate more clearly, handle difficult situations, and create positive experiences for customers. We learned about the interview process as well as other information about how to be in the workplace Thank you, so much, Godman Guild!
-Shay, Career Bridges
In 2025, Godman Guild operated with a planned budget deficit as part of a multi‑year strategy to strengthen our programs, complete our return to a physical home, and build the operational capacity needed to serve more families. This intentional deficit reflects deliberate investments, including facility readiness, expanded program delivery, and infrastructure improvements, that support our long term vision. We remain on track for the organization to return to a balanced budget by the end of 2027.
Throughout this period, Godman Guild has maintained strong financial oversight, diversified philanthropic support, and increased earned revenue opportunities. These strategic steps ensure that today’s investments accelerate tomorrow’s impact and positions our organization for long term sustainability and a stronger future for the communities we serve
