Tatum Michael is 5 years old and lives in Brooklyn, New York with his mama, dada, and Grandma Rae Rae. He is in kindergarten and in a STEM program. Tatum has two dogs named Noel & Barrett. He loves music and is taking DJ lessons. Some of his favorite songs are: I’m Blue, he loves the Beastie Boys especially Intergalactic, Its Raining Tacos, several Lanky Box songs especially Alphabet Lore, On & On, Bendy Beats, My Stupid Heart by Luminati Suns and Walk off the Earth. He likes fashion and jokes Fashion is His Passion, he picks out some of his own threads. He loves taking art classes and exploring new techniques.
Tatum enjoys Parkour and swimming, running through the woods and jumping in muddy puddles. He enjoys watching Lanky Box, Danny Go, Squirrel Stampede, Lightning Lane, and really enjoys watching Lego Masters building videos. Some of his favorite places are Disney World, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. His favorite rides are Pirates of the Caribbean, Winnie the Pooh, and the Avatar ride. On the weekends he enjoys seeing shows, his recent favorite was Mario the Maker Magician. He loves playing arcade games especially the Zombie Walking Dead at Dave & Busters and also loves the zombie game at Chuck E. Cheese.
His favorite artists are Keith Haring and Hervé Tullet and Tim Burton. He loves watching Nightmare Before Christmas, The Grinch, Hotel Transylvania, The Addams Family, Moana, Luca, Teenage Kraken, Elemental, Inside Out, Super Mario Brothers, Beauty & The Beast, Seabeast and all of the Chipmunk movies especially Chipwrecked. He enjoys shows like: The Simpsons, Booba, Dreamzz, Masha and the Bear, Ben & Holly, and Alien TV. He enjoys watching craft & DIY videos and shows like Is it Cake?
He loves building large lego sets and just finished a 600+ Indiana Jones set. He has an amazing collection of Transformers including several vintage ones. He loves playing with some of his Spiderman and Batman toys.
Tatum has a bit of a travel bug and enjoyed a summer time adventure in Italy and hopes to go on more adventures. Tatum currently says he wants to be a Hacker for the FBI and a magician when he grows up.
This book is about tapping into his imagination and his love of candy. His favorite candy spot is Eugene J. Candy Company which is a Halloweenthemed candy store in Brooklyn. It is a sweet shop that sells the yummiest ghoulish candies. It is a place where the spirit of Halloween casts its spell into the mad science of strange, new candies. Tatum loves making fun potions and concoctions. He had his birthday party at the Tiny Scientist because he loves to share his love of potion making. His favorite candies are: Kindereggs, Candy Corn, Airheads, Sour Patch Kids, Reese’s Pieces and experimenting with all the new candies like Toxic Waste or Popin’ Cookin’. He is starting to have an admiration for candies and snacks from Japan.
In this book you will see he originally created the Pig and Snake using clay. He loves experimenting with crafts. His goal with his first book was to create some interesting colorful characters, integrate his love for zombies, and of course, candy, Disney and outer-space.
