PLANTING SEEDS FOR THE FUTURE By Liz Foreman, Legacy Circle donor The seed was planted for my support of Fuller Seminary during my early 20s. As a new believer, I read “My Heart, Christ’s Home”, written by Fuller faculty member, Dr. Robert Boyd Munger. This timeless piece led me to understand how Christ wanted to be present in every room of my heart. I learned “Your ability is not the fundamental condition. It is He who is controlling your fingers and upon whom you are relying. Give your talents and gifts to God and He will do things with them that will surprise you.”

I chose Fuller Seminary as an organization worthy of support. Its mission aligns with my values to train individuals who share the Gospel locally and internationally as pastors, teachers or in their vocation. It’s been a joy to partner with the charitable donor team at Fuller to prepare my financial giving plan. I look forward to seeing how the seeds planted to support Fuller will bear fruit in the years to come.

Over the past 40 years, I have been blessed to know several Fuller graduates who went on to preach and teach the “good news” message of Jesus Christ. I’ve observed firsthand the ministry of several pastors, the principal of a Christian elementary school and a therapist on the staff of a church. Several years ago, I was in a life-threatening auto accident. After recovering, one of my highest priorities was to prepare a plan specifying how my financial resources would be allocated in the future.
