THE FBS FOUNDATION is a charity which has the sole purpose of raising funds to support the education of EVERY student at The Fulham Boys School.
FBS receives less than £6K per pupil from Government funding. This is far short of what we need to fund the education we currently provide, and what we aspire to provide in the future.
IN CASE YOU GET THE PRONOUNS WRONG:
THE FBS FOUNDATION provides the additional funds that are needed to provide the unique education your children receive.
Without funding from THE FBS FOUNDATION the school could not function as it does.

How does
raise money?
The Foundation seeks funding from corporations, local businesses, charities and philanthropic individuals
It also runs events throughout the school year the money from which goes to support every child.
But most of the money comes from...
PARENTS!
IN CASE YOU GET THE PRONOUNS WRONG:
We need to raise the equivalent of £125
per month for every student, in order to continue to provide an education which cannot be found in other state-funded schools.
How can you help
If you can, we ask that you become part of the community of donors whose generosity means that we can continue to provide a unique education.
If you can, please consider donating the £125 per month that we need for each of your children.
If you are in a fortunate financial position, please consider funding one or more of the children whose families are not able to contribute.
IN CASE YOU GET THE PRONOUNS WRONG:
If you do not feel able to contribute at these levels (which we understand), please consider a lower donation. Any amount, no matter how small, helps enormously.

How "Match Funding" can support
"Match Funding" is the easiest way to boost your donation to The FBS Foundation without any additional cost to yourself.
Many companies offer to "match fund" any employee's charitable donation. The process is extremely quick and simple.
IN CASE YOU GET THE PRONOUNS WRONG:
There is no definitive list of companies that offer "match funding" but there are numerous examples, including banks, building societies, utilities providers, car manufacturers, phone companies and supermarkets.
Simply email HR and ask if they offer match funding. If the answer is "yes" quote our charity details and let us know. We'll do the rest.

The FBS Foundation has the core aim of raising the funds required for the school to operate as it does. It provides the finances for additional staff, the co-curriculum, student pastoral support, the extended school day and many other activities such as the Breakfast Club.
IN CASE YOU GET THE PRONOUNS WRONG:
The Friends of FBS is a Parents' Association with the core aim of bringing the parents, boys and teachers together as a community, through fun and inclusive events. Fundraising at some events helps to purchase additional educational items as requested by the school staff.
