Intro

The Fire Fighters Charity has supported members of the fire and rescue service community since 1943. We understand the impact that their work can have on their mental health, as well as how the pressures of everyday life can influence individuals’ and families’ emotional wellbeing, health and happiness. Our specialist teams, facilities and tailor-made environments allow us to provide support that is specific to the fire services community, utilising decades of experience to equip our beneficiaries with the tools they need to manage their mental health and lead healthier, happier lives.

Supporting thousands of individuals, couples and families each year with personalised programmes of support – combining activity and physical therapy

with psychological support, community-based help and online tools – we are uniquely placed to provide complete fire and rescue service-specific recovery and ongoing support solutions for the whole fire community.

Returns and refunds We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if there is something that you are not happy with you have 14 days to return the product to us in its original packaging for either a replacement or a refund.

When returning items to us please send them FAO The Trading Team, The Fire Fighters Charity, Level 6 Belvedere, Basing View, Basingstoke, RG21 4HG enclosing a note indicating your refund/exchange request along with your name and address so that we are able to post the replacement item to you.

Please note – we are unable to offer refund or exchange on any item that has been personalised unless they are faulty.
