Tuition includes optional Before Camp Care from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and optional After Camp Care from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Camp officially begins each morning at 9:00 a.m. A Sharing Day program for family and friends concludes each camp week on Fridays at 2:00 p.m. Campers should bring a packed lunch and water bottle daily (no nut-based foods, please). Skills build upon each other from one session to the next.

If you love creating, making, and imagining, this camp is for you! Campers paint, draw, craft, work with clay and more. Campers learn creative art processes every day. Camp is conducted both indoors and outdoors on beautiful summer days. All supplies are included in the camp fee. Campers who are looking for a fullday camp experience can combine this camp with Theatre Arts Camp Jr. in the morning. If campers are staying, they should bring a water bottle and packed lunch daily (no nut-based foods, please) for a supervised Lunch Bunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Camp officially begins at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.

Theatre Arts Camp Jr. (grades K-3) This fun, interactive camp engages campers in the theatrical aspects of music, dance, theatre, and visual arts. Campers are broken into three groups and rotate through different classes during their mornings at FAA. In this camp, your young performer will be introduced to some of the best group scenes and musical numbers from some of Broadway’s most popular hits. Using scenes and songs from some of Broadway's biggest shows, then and now, your performer will be acting, singing, and dancing their way across the stage. They will also create marquee posters, props, and costume pieces during their art class. Campers will perform this musical theatre program at a ticketed performance on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Corning Auditorium. Camp tuition includes: two (2) comp ticket vouchers to one of these performances, an optional supervised Before Camp Care from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and Lunch Bunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 pm. Bonus! Each camper receives a special 2022 camp T-shirt. (cost is included in camp fee) Campers should bring a packed lunch (no nut-based foods, please) and a water bottle each day of camp if they are staying for Lunch Bunch. Lunch Bunch is perfect for those campers looking for a full-day camp experience, combining this camp with the afternoon Paper, Scissors, Rock Jr. camp. Please note: Due to the age of the students, this program requires active parent participation to assist children with learning a “script.”
Theatre Arts Camp (grades 3-12) This fun, interactive camp engages campers in the theatrical aspects of music, dance, and theatre. Classes and rehearsals are designed as lessons in acting methods, dance techniques/ composition, and voice/music skills. Camp culminates with a fully staged ticketed production the final weekend of camp with the script and songs tailored especially for the talents of the participating campers. The show: Detective R. R. Hood in “Big Trouble in Little Fabletown” It's 48 hours before the wedding of the century and the groom has been princenapped! Detective R. R. Hood (“Red” to her friends) needs to sort through ogres, elves, knights, trolls, mice, wicked stepmothers, pied pipers, pigs, wolves, witches, fairy godmothers, beautiful monsters and ravenous princesses to solve the mystery before the king winds up with an extra princess, no groom and too much wedding food. Placement audition required for NEW campers only. Returning campers don't need to audition. You can find audition information online. Students may register at any time, but new campers need to schedule an audition for placement by calling (440) 951-7500. Campers will perform this musical theatre program at a ticketed performance in the Corning Auditorium on Friday, July 22 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, July 23 at 2:00 p.m. & 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, July 23 at 2:00 p.m. Camp tuition includes two (2) comp ticket vouchers for a choice of one culminating performance, an optional supervised Before Camp Care from 8:00 am. to 9:00 a.m. and After Camp Care from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bonus!
