The Fields Church Family,
We are in awe of how God has blessed The Fields Church, overflowing with gifts, talents and generosity! Joy and I are so grateful for the people of this church. Faithful and faith-filled! God is leading our church on an adventure we could have never imagined, and we are thrilled about what is coming!
We also know that while the gifts and talents in this church are plentiful, there is no substitute for the presence of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit in our lives. That is why we believe God is asking us this year to seek an increase in the supernatural anointing on the gifts and generosity He’s already given us in this church.
We need to lean into the intensity of Matthew 7, asking, seeking and knocking on the door of Heaven, believing with greater faith for all that God can and will do!
This is the year for you to step up like never before as God pours out His blessing on you! Proverbs tells us the world of the generous grows larger and larger. As we are faithful with what God has entrusted us, faithfulness upon faithfulness will lead to the miraculous!
Kingdom Builders is committed to extravagant generosity, above-and-beyond the tithe, supporting Global Missions, Local Church Expansion and Future Christian Leaders through a wide variety of high-quality missionary partners and organizations around the world. Especially in the most difficult places to bring the gospel.
Thank you for stepping out in faith! Every gift matters because every person matters to God. We want everyone to be part of this movement of world-changing generosity!
Ephesians 3:20-21 sums up our heart and expectation for this year…
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

By God’s abundant grace and blessings, and through the sacrifice of many, we are able to give away thousands of dollars every year supporting reputable organizations and individuals working to expand the Kingdom of God throughout our communities, our country and the rest of the world.
How do you make a commitment for Kingdom Builders? Some giving sacrificially and others giving from great abundance. If this is your first time giving or if you’re looking to grow to a new level in giving, here are some ways to step out in generosity.
First, make a plan to give. When you have plans and are diligent, it leads to plenty (Proverbs 21:5). God is excited when you have a plan! Whatever the amount is—have the plan in place, work the plan and be obedient with it. Start there.
Next, ask God to give you a vision for what He could do through you with His help. This is beyond what you can do in your natural income. This requires you to take a step of faith. Additionally, Habakkuk 2:2 tells us to write that vision down and pray about it! God will supply all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Stepping out in faith pleases God. When you look at what He has in His hands, it goes to another level!
Lastly, what would be a dream amount you could give? Hold on to it. This number is only between you and God. Watch as each step of faith you take, God moves you closer to that dream. God can do exceedingly abundantly more than all we can ask for or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
While there will be hundreds of people giving as Kingdom Builders in 2023, always remember every gift matters to God. It’s not the size of the gift, but the obedience to God’s voice that matters most. Now more than ever, make a plan to give, ask God for a vision in your generosity, and hold on to the dream of what God will do as you step out in faith!

The Bible App for Kids introduced Alana to Jesus!
She’d never heard of Jesus, but in her heart, she knew there was something more to life. At only 7 years old, Alana had experienced nothing more than poverty and pain.
In her village, located in a remote area of Retalhuleu, Guatemala, resources are limited. She lives with her grandfather in a simple house made of Sheetrock, located on a mud street. But one day, the Ginosko Kids ministry visited her home with a Bible App for Kids Book of Hope. The loving adults used the colorful pages to share the hope of the Gospel with Alana. They told her of the love of Jesus, His act of sacrifice, and His desire to give her joy and peace.
Her tears began to flow!
And Alana accepted Christ into her heart that very day. She continues to read her Book of Hope with the help of the evangelism team.
More than 100 million children will experience God’s Word this year through OneHope partnerships, and The Fields Church is part of making it a reality!
OneHope is an international ministry equipping the local church to share the Gospel with young people. We design scripture engagement programs for the next generation to learn about Jesus and discover their purpose.
Each program is outcome-based - meaning they begin with the end in mind, and craft the program to accomplish a specific goal. Programs are contextualized by age, culture, environment, and heart-felt needs.

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. In partnership with The Fields Church, Convoy strategically offers help and hope to communities around the world.

Live Dead is a grassroots initiative that partners with the global body of Christ to plant churches among unreached people groups through teams. Live Dead currently has 80 teams working to see church planting movements among 80 unreached peoples.
In the areas where Live Dead is located, there are over 4,600 unreached people groups and 2.99 billion people unreached.

Live Dead is committed to taking the church where it does not exist. We are committed to making a difference in the statistic that 40 percent of the world lives without access to Christ. Kingdom Builders is committed to funding the impact of the church both locally in our communities and across the United States through planting other life-giving churches, partnering with faith-based organization, engaging in community projects, renovating and expanding our family of churches, and sharing the love of Jesus by ministering to the hurting.
ADULT AND TEEN CHALLENGE
Adult and Teen Challenge is a Christian-based non-profit organization that provides residential treatment for individuals struggling with addiction, substance abuse, and other life-controlling problems. The organization operates through a network of centers, offering a comprehensive approach to recovery that includes counseling, education, life skills training, and spiritual support.
CHARLESTON FOOD PANTRY
A non-profit organization that provides free, emergency food assistance to individuals and families in need in the Mattoon area.
CHI ALPHA
Reaching and serving students on our university campuses through the support of Chi Alpha missionaries and projects.
CHOICES
A Christian organization that provides support, education, and resources to individuals facing unplanned pregnancies, as well as support to new moms. The organization offers free pregnancy tests, ultrasound services, and counseling to help women make informed decisions about their health and their future.
THE CHRISTMAS BLESSING
The Fields Church shows intentional acts of love during the Christmas season to bless people around the world, in our communities and in our local church.

COALITION OF PEOPLE IN NEED
The Coalition of People in Need in Charleston, IL is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to individuals and families in need within the community. The coalition offers a range of services, including emergency food and housing assistance, job training and placement programs, and support for individuals facing financial hardships.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
The Fields Church partners and supports a variety of community projects and organizations to maintain a culture of engagement in the community in which we have church locations.
FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES
Working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes in local middle and high schools.
THE FIELDS CHURCH MISSION TRIP PROJECTS
The Fields Church will help provide financial assistance to accomplish ministry projects while serving on mission trips.

The Fields Church will help provide financial assistance to host specific outreach efforts to share the Gospel in the communities in which they are located. Pumpkinfest, Christmas and Easter are three notable efforts at reaching the greater community with the Gospel.
THE HAVEN
This organization in Mattoon, IL is a temporary residence for those who are experiencing homelessness. It provides a safe and secure living environment, as well as access to social services and support to help people transition to more permanent housing solutions.
ILLINOIS YOUTH ALIVE
Supporting student efforts to share the love of Jesus on their school campus. Youth Alive groups are located on both middle school and high school campuses across Illinois.
LOCAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT
The Fields Church staff partners with local church leaders across Illinois to provide coaching, assistance and encouragement to help other local churches grow in their ministry potential.

A Christian organization that provides a wide range of social services and assistance to those in need. It operates through a network of local centers, thrift stores, and community centers, and provides services such as emergency housing, food assistance, and support for individuals struggling with addiction or poverty. The Salvation Army’s mission is to meet human needs without discrimination and to share the love of Jesus Christ
URBAN MINISTRIES
The Fields Church partners with leaders serving in inner-city environments such as East St. Louis and East Boston.
THE WARRIORS JOURNEY
A faith-based organization that provides support and resources for active military and veterans through a range of services, including counseling, support groups, and workshops, to help overcome the challenges they may face, including PTSD, depression, and addiction.
GLOBAL
Through Kingdom Builders, we provide monthly support to key missionaries “on the ground” all around the world. We also support missions projects such as providing Bibles, vehicles and humanitarian aid, church planting, facility expansion and pastoral development. Everyone in every nation deserves a chance to hear the gospel.
GLOBAL MISSIONARIES
Kingdom builders supports individual missionaries around the world to help cover operational expenses to live and provide ministry in their assigned locations. Some missionaries are confidential due to the sensitive nature of their locations.
AFRICA’S CHILDREN
Kingdom builders supports missionaries working with this ministry that has a mission to plant a kid-friendly church within walking distance of every child in Africa. Every child in Africa deserves to experience the love of Jesus.
AGAPE INTERNATIONAL

Kingdom builders supports missionaries in Taiwan to pastor the Agape International Christian Assembly (ICA) in Taipei. Agape ICA is one church meeting in eight locations and is focused on reaching the international and English-speaking Taiwanese communities. People from more than 25 nations make up the church family of Agape ICA.
ASIA PACIFIC MEDIA
Kingdom builders supports missionaries working with this ministry, which empowers the national churches in Asia Pacific and Northern Asia to use and produce media for evangelism, and to disciple believers.
CONVOY OF HOPE
This global ministry is delivering help and hope where it’s needed most. Convoy is feeding children in need, providing disaster relief, training women to start businesses and helping farmers in developing nations.
LIVE DEAD
Kingdom builders supports missionaries working with this grassroots initiative that plants churches among unreached people groups around the world. Live Dead currently has 80 teams working to see church planting movements among some of the most.
LOVE PACKAGES
Love Packages is a Christian nonprofit organization that provides resources and materials to support the spread of the gospel and promote spiritual growth in communities around the world. The organization collects and distributes Bibles, books, and other resources to churches, mission organizations, and individuals in areas where access to these materials is limited.
MASTER’S CUP COFFEE
HOUSE Kingdom builders supports missionaries in Vietnam proving leadership at Master’s Cup Coffee House. The ministry helps teach students who are studying English to come and practice their spoken English and listening skills. This environment opens the doors to great community outreach.

Each day The Mission cares for over 450 children through orphan-care, education, after school programs, feeding programs and community.
ONEHOPE
This global ministry affects destiny by providing God’s eternal Word to all the children and youth of the world. They are currently reaching children and youth worldwide through print, film, storytelling, and digital apps.

Rescuing and restoring victims of sex trafficking through the love and power of God. Project Rescue is making a difference all around the world.

Kingdom Builders partners in education with Called College in Carlinville, IL to provide an accredited associates degree and hands-on experience to raise future ministry leaders.
FUTURE MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT
Launching students from the Fields Church to prepare for vocational ministry. Financially supporting effort to help with matching funds at Christian colleges and universities, as well provide internship and mentoring opportunities.

Convoy of Hope - Bulgaria (Refugee and Roma ministry)
Founded in 681 A.D., Bulgaria is one of the oldest and poorest countries in Europe. After years of communist rule, it gained freedom in 1990 and joined the European Union in 2007. It has become a land where refugees gather from nearby countries. Teams partner with the local churches to serve vulnerable communities. Teams may serve refugees from the Middle East, Roma children through English programs, camps, back-to-school parties, church renovation projects, or preparing meals. They may also help with Community Events by handing out groceries, putting on programs for children, and more.
