CHARLELIE COUTURE PAINTER OF URBAN LONELINESS

CharlElie Couture is a total artist: Musician, Singer, Poet, and Painter. We went to meet him in his New York City atelier, and took photographies of him and his paintings and drawings all over the place

What we did not know is that we have been one of the very last persons to see his atelier. He decided to move all his paintings to France and the moving occurred just a few days after our visit.

We watched on CharlElie Couture’s Facebook page the live feed of the moving and the empty space left behind.
