The first office for Licking Rural Electrification was in downtown Utica. We received several questions about the location of this office, and if there was still an underground parking garage. This office was located in the Masonic Lodge building. We do not know if the underground parking garage still exists. Our trucks were much smaller in those days and we didn’t have quite as many to store. The garage remains a mystery for now. Perhaps you know the answer?
