At the Energy Cooperative, we are driven by our mission to provide safe, reliable, affordable energy to our members. Our employees have a strong connection and dedication to our member communities, because we live and work here, too! As the year ends, I’d like to highlight some of the valuable programs, services and benefits available to you, our members.

Operation Round Up

Your participation in Operation Round Up makes a considerable difference to local schools, first responders and community organizations. By simply “rounding up” your bill, you help local organizations benefit the overall communities in which they’re located. Through members’ generous donations, the Operation Round Up Foundation has donated over $3.5 million to member communities since 2005. Members are automatically enrolled in the Operation Round Up program, however, you can opt out any time by giving us a call. It’s amazing the difference rounding up your bill makes. Save Time with SmartHub

If you haven’t already, I encourage you to give our SmartHub app a try. Through SmartHub, you can easily manage your Energy Cooperative account. Use SmartHub to pay your bill, contact a member service representative, report service interruptions and more. Making payments through SmartHub is secure, fast and easy. The first time you make a payment through the web or your mobile device, you’ll have the option to securely store your payment information for future transactions.

Co-op Connections

The Energy Cooperative continues to re-energize our Co-op Connections program. This free, money-saving tool gives our members access to more than 24,000 local and national deals. You can save money at local restaurants, access travel deals, event tickets and more! One of the best perks of this program is the pharmacy discounts. We’d love to help you save.
