, y g y , 2004, Neidra has been serving in the family business as a licensed insurance professional, helping to create one of the leading Black Owned insurance agencies in the United States. Neidra holds multiple industry designations that include the credentials as a Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent. An active member of her professional industry, Neidra serves as a member of the National Association of African-American Insurance Agents and has served as the past Regional Director for the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois.

A graduate of Spelman College, Neidra earned her B.A. in English and later continued her educational career at Roosevelt University, earning her M.B.A. Neidra was inspired to start her career in the financial services industry by her father who started the company, and believed it was better to work for her own father than to work for someone else’s. Motivated to significantly contribute to her family’s legacy, Neidra joined the Insurance Exchange family with the mission to provide business owners and professionals with exceptional products and service experiences to meet their insurance needs.

When Neidra is not managing the day-to-day business operations of The Insurance Exchange, ltd., she is busy being a #boymom to her 14 year old son who is also a basketball fanatic. She also enjoys volunteering her spare time with Invest, a non-profit that teaches insurance literacy to students, mentors young women professionals, and helps the community with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Additionally, Neidra is the owner of Nikk’s Lit Kit, Ltd., an entertainment concierge service, is a former “Covergirl” featured in IA Magazine, and was recently presented as a 2023 WDB L.E.G.A.C.Y. Awards Honoree.
