Hey Girls!

beginning as you begin your search for a high school. Making such a huge decision about where to go to school can be both stressful and intimidating, but it can also be exciting and fun. Whatever your decision ends up being, you will end up where you’re supposed to be--I know I did! I’m Wendy Kuzmishin, Coalition President and a senior at the Elms. I’ve learned that there are a lot of unique opportunities only available to Elms girls. You may be wondering what some of these opportunities are. You may also be wondering how Elms girls meet boys. Or simply asking yourself if you will be able to succeed at the Elms. This magazine will hopefully answer all of your questions. Take the time to read all about our sports, clubs, activities, classes, and what makes an Elms girl so spectacular! Hopefully you will be able to see that the Elms has so much to offer and is such a great environment to grow into a young woman. I know you have what it takes to be an Elms girl! Find out how in the following pages! Good luck and enjoy!

WE LOVE BOYS!

You have the freedom to date or hang out with guys from any other high school, and no one will think you are being disloyal to the Elms! If anything, being an Elms girl means you have the self-confidence to put yourself first, and what is more attractive than that? Be memorable…be an Elms girl!

Dances, dances, dances!

Everyone goes! Everyone brings friends! Everyone dances!

Break into song!

The Elms competes in choir competitions where you will enjoy meeting lots of guys from area schools.

Meet them onstage!

Guys from area schools are invited to participate in our school theatrical productions, where they will be looking forward to meeting someone just like you.

Community Service!

Through your service requirements, you will have the opportunity to meet many new people, including high school guys. What better way to meet someone?

Meet & Compete!

Our competitive Speech & Debate, Academic Challenge and Track & Field teams are always competing and winning high marks against other schools in northeastern Ohio. Join, gain confidence, and meet friends from all over!

Facebook & Instant Messaging!

The most important thing to remember is how easy it is to stay in touch with all of your friends though the Internet. All of your guy friends will be so excited to try out for the plays, go with you to fulfill your community service requirements, and come to all your dances here at the Elms.
