The luxury home market in the Las Vegas Valley is continuing to strengthen. Although the overall sales numbers were down in 2023, I think that was primarily due to a lack of inventory. There was certainly a large number of luxury buyers searching in the higher price points—above $3 million—but many of those buyers were unable to find houses, so the raw data doesn’t really tell the whole story.
I think this trend has continued into the beginning of this year, though hopefully we will see more luxury homes coming to market in the next few months. I currently have a slew of buyers in the $5 million to $15 million range and am hoping to find them all homes in the coming weeks.
However, I do have some fantastic homes to showcase in this edition. 5 Promontory Pointe and 19 Flying Cloud are the most notable and certainly two of my all-time favorite residences.
