At Sign Depot USA, we’re committed to bringing your ideas to life through custom signage solutions. Our process is designed to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Our journey begins with a personalized consultation. We’ll sit down with you to discuss your specific needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you have a clear vision or need guidance, our team of experts will listen attentively and offer valuable insights.

Once we’ve gained a deep understanding of your project, we’ll present a tailored pitch. This includes initial sketches and design concepts that incorporate your ideas and our creative expertise. We’ll work closely with you to refine these designs until they perfectly align with your vision.

Our graphic designers create detailed digital proofs that accurately depict the final appearance of the mural, including colors, scale, and placement. By reviewing and approving the proof, clients can visualize the mural in its intended location and minimize the risk of errors before production begins.
To ensure optimal visibility and impact, we’ll carefully consider placement options. Our team will assess your location, target audience, and desired message to determine the most strategic placement for your sign. We’ll take into account factors such as foot traffic, line of sight, and local regulations.

The final step in our process is professional installation. Our experienced team will handle the entire installation process, ensuring that your sign is securely and expertly mounted. We’ll pay close attention to detail, ensuring that the finished product meets your expectations and exceeds your vision.

With the design finalized and placement determined, our skilled craftsmen will bring your sign to life. Using state-of-theartequipmentand high-qualitymaterials, we’ll meticulously fabricate your sign to meet the highest standards of durability and aesthetics.

Our proposal to Driscoll emphasized collaboration and customization throughout the design process. We started by showcasing initial designs and inspiration, inviting feedback and suggestions from Driscoll. For example, the “Imagination Getaway” mural concept incorporates existing talavera tile colors and invites input on additional storybook characters, we ensure flexibility by offering a range of options for wording, imagery, and color schemes based on Driscoll’s preferences.
Our process includes using placeholder images and text to convey the overall design direction while remaining open to specific imagery

requests. In several instances, We explicitly state that we are open to incorporating Driscoll’s ideas, such as in the headers, Makerspace, and Lego Wall designs. This approach allows Driscoll to actively participate in shaping the final look of their library.
Our proposal also highlights attentiveness to Driscoll’s existing aesthetic and specific requests. We refer Mrs. Garcia’s desire to incorporate street art styles and the existing talavera tiles into the designs. Demonstrating our commitment to tailoring our work to Driscoll’s vision and creating a cohesive and engaging environment for students.
