Light Therapy Devices
Struggling to get a good night's sleep? Sleep kits include: An educational handout Earplugs A sleep mask Herbal tea Mini Journal Stop by the ground floor of the Health Center or visit go.umd.edu/sleepkit to request your kit!
Light therapy is the use of a specific device to treat changes in mood that are especially common during the fall and winter months. Devices are available for loan at McKeldin Library. One Hour Loans without a Referral 28 Day Loans with a Referral from the Health Center
