THE DEWBERRY SIGNATURE FACIAL ( 90 MINUTE S)
Restore your skin’s firmness with Vitamin C, the most natural form of repair and prevention for visible signs of aging and sun damage. This antioxidant facial begins with a customized cleanse and exfoliation, followed by the use of a gentle microcurrent and LED light therapy to tone and lift the skin. A reparative serum containing high concentrations of Vitamin C stimulates collagen production and renews the skin’s firmness. GENTLEMAN’S FACIAL (60 MINUTES)
A deep-cleansing therapeutic treatment that helps repair the damage caused by daily shaving, skin sensitivity, dryness, and environmental impact of both city and outdoor living. A soothing deep pore cleanse, luxurious facial massage, and masque will leave your skin with an even skin tone, smooth texture, and feeling completely refreshed. To achieve the best possible results, we recommend gentlemen who shave do so at least 2 hours prior to treatment.
EXPRESS FACIAL (30 MINUTES)
Showing off pure, glowing skin is quick and easy with this intensive express treatment with a glycolic peel that revitalizes skin. LOCATION
Guests of The Spa may valet with our compliments. The Dewberry Spa is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, immediately on the left as you step off of the elevator.
SPA ARRIVAL
We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment and invite you to enjoy exclusive access to our dressing rooms and relaxation room. Robes, towels, slippers, hair dryers, and shower necessities are provided for your use during your visit.
SPA COMFORT
If you need assistance with anything during your spa experience, please communicate with your therapist or Spa Concierge. We encourage you to dress down to your comfort level so that you can fully enjoy your services. Please note that undressing completely is encouraged for all body treatments for the protection of your garments. Guests of the hotel are encouraged to arrive in the robe provided in their guest room.
SPA CONSIDERATIONS
The Spa environment is one of relaxation and centering. To preserve our tranquil environment, we ask that you maintain a quiet voice throughout your visit. We are a cell phone and smoke-free environment and ask that you respect The Spa atmosphere and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know upon booking. Flexibility to receive spa treatments from any of our qualified therapists will allow for more timing and service options. Our staff is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure modesty and comfort throughout your treatment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise upon booking appointments for any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or injuries that might affect your treatment or use of amenities. Some of our services include seaweed-based products, which can cause reactions in those who are pregnant, have a shellfish or iodine allergy, or are on certain blood pressure medications.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests over the age of 16 are welcome to participate in select spa treatments with signed parental release.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal articles during your visit. We encourage you to leave jewelry or other valuables in a provided locker secured with your personal code.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please notify The Spa Concierge as soon as possible if you know you will be arriving late. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service, as to not impact other guests and their spa experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify The Spa Concierge 24 hours prior. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Please note that we require credit card details at the time of booking.
