Explain what the people are thinking and the nonverbal language which shows this.

What are they thinking ?

He is wanting someone else to look at something that he is pointing to. He is surprised by what he is seeing.

Because his eyes are big, eyebrows up, and mouth open. He is pointing toward something he is looking

How do you know? เขาอยากใหใครสักคนมองสิ่งที่เขากําลังชี้และเขารูสึก ประหลาดใจกับสิ่งที่เห็น เพราะตาของเขาโต, เลิกคิ้วขึ้น, และอาปาก เขาชี้ไปยัง บางอยางที่เขามองอยู

What are they thinking ?

He is excited about something.

Because he is holding his arms upward in a "V" shape like he is cheering about something. His mouth is in a smile so he is happy.

What are they thinking ?

The women appears to be thinking about something.

She is leaning against her hand and is looking upward. She is slouching over slightly. Also she could be bored with what is going on, which is causing her to think about something else.

How do you know? ผูหญิงที่ปรากฏกําลังคิดเกี่ยวกับบางสิ่งบางอยางอยู หลอนนั่งพิงมือพรอมมองขึ้นไปดานบน งอตัวเล็กนอย และอาจรูสึกเบื่อกับสิ่งที่กําลังเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งเปนเหตุผลที่ทําให เธอตองไปคิดถึงเรื่องอื่นแทน

What are they thinking ?

She is thinking about what it is that made her feel mad.

Because she has her arms folded, is hunched over, and has a mad look on her face.

How do you know? หลอนกําลังคิดถึงสิ่งที่ทําใหหลอนรูสึกโมโห เพราะหลอนกอดอก ทําตัวโกงตัวงอ และมีสีหนาที่กําลังโมโห

What are they thinking ?

The women is upset with the man.

Because she is turned away from him, has her arms folded and a mad look on her face. The man looks to be confused as to why the woman is mad. He is pointing toward her and is leaning on the other hand is if he is thinking.

How do you know? ผูหญิงคนนี้กําลังรูสึกอารมณเสียผูชาย เพราะ หลอนหันหนาออกจากเขา กอดอก และมีสีหนาที่ กําลังโมโห สวนผูชายดูสับสนวาทําไมผูหญิงคนนี้ถึงอารมณเสีย เขาชี้ไปที่หลอนและทํามือเหมือนกําลังคิด

What are they thinking ?

The man appears to be thinking "I don't know". because he has his arms bent and out to each side with his palms held upward and shoulders raised. He has a confused look on his face with his eyebrows scrunched.

The man appears to be thinking, "I am number one".

He is holding his poiner ďŹ nger upward.

His lips are tightly together. He looks as if he is almost smiling as if to say "I told you so" because he is right about something.

What are they thinking ?

The man is thinking, "This is all your fault!".

Because he is pointing and looking at someone else not shown in the picture.

His face looks angry because his eyebrows are tilted down and inward and his mouth is open.

The boy is thinking "I am mad at you and I am going to get you" while he is pulling her pigtail. because his eyebrows are tilted inward his eyes are small, and his mouth is open in a mean way. The girl is thinking "This hurts and I need help". She appears to be yelling for someone to help her.

The girls are both thinking, "I want the doll".

They are both holding and pulling on an end of the doll to try to get it from the other girl. Both girls are staring at each other and neither are smiling.

He has a plate full of veggies in front of him. Both elbows are on the table and his head is resting between his hands. He is mad - his eyes are squinting and his mouth is straight across.

She is holding on to her mother's leg.

She is looking down with a sad face.

The woman is thinking, "I am so tired".

She has her arm across her head like she is resting her tired head on it. Her mouth is frowning and her eyes are looking upward and to the side.

She is thinking, "I know the answer."

She is smiling with her hand in the air waiting to be called on by her teacher to answer a question. By the bulletin board in the background, it appears she is in school.
