A n Adaptive Reuse D esign of Tem pe Hardware Historic Building on Mill Aven ue with the brand PRAD A. Inn o vation is th e core success of PR ADA ; we are rebranding the same value s in to this space. The approa ch is to create a visionary experience for every user. And the concept i s to take the user through the space with th e feeling of: “You are t he model”. The distribu tion of the space i s clean and well organized whi ch makes it easy to move around. There are elemen ts in the design throughout th e space that interact wi t h the user, which makes this a gre at plac e to explore. Our approach to balance the OLD and the NEW is to have a restrained contrast, respecting the old whil e amplifyin g the qualities of both. The con nection between the o l d and th e n ew is a light in betwe en both the wood panels and the brick walls, givin g it space to breath and placin g th e PRADA products ov er the se panels.
