Metal Bending and Cutting Many FDS pieces use a bended metal in the frames. Their bending machines are used to manufacture aluminum frames, steel sections, ornamentals, decorative and more. They can manufacture custom parts as needed because of their expert metal technicians.

Typically, the new design and creation take a little longer to accomplish. Once a design has been approved, 90 days is needed to build and deliver. Some projects could be completed more quickly depending on the complexity of the design.

If the piece is a 3D piece, you will need to provide a 3D rendering of what you are looking for and we will work on getting something designed. For 2D, if you can find something that is similar to what you want, we can work from there.

The annual deadline for ordering a custom design is July 1st with delivery by November 15th.
