Hi everyone – I’m Marcus Rothlisberger and I’m honored and humbled to be part of the “2020 Best of Mitchell” awards. It really means a lot to me.

I grew up and graduated high school right here in Mitchell and then attended SDSU for 2 years out of high school. I then went on to serve for seven years with the U.S. Army Infantry, deploying to Afganistan in 2012 and Kuwait in 2016.

After my military service, I worked for Anytime Fitness in Sioux Falls for several years which I ended up owning, then sold in the past year to return to my hometown of Mitchell. My life away from work is shared with the kiddos Teegan, Tenlee, and James and my amazing girlfriend Alicia.

My favorite Ford vehicle is the unstoppable F-150! In fact, when I came back from Kuwait in 2016 I bought my current F-150 right here at Vern Eide Ford, where I had an incredible experience as a customer, long before becoming an employee.

I sell a lot of F-150s, Explorers, and all other models, along with a good amount of pre-owned vehicles. It is really a privilege to work with people, helping them to find the very best vehicle for what they need in life; for work, for family, and for a budget. I’m here to listen first and then find just the right vehicle for what they need.

Kevin Erdmann has worked for Hendrickson Trailer Commercial Vehicle Systems since 2007. In his time with the company, Kevin has held many engineering roles, starting as an entry level engineer and progressing to his current position of Sr. Product Engineering Manager.

Kevin has been an integral part of bringing new products to the market for Hendrickson, including working on several products that have been patented. He enjoys working closely with customers to develop new products to meet their specific needs. He has worked on many projects for Hendrickson’s local customers, including Trail King Industries and Trail-EZE Trailers, as well as many customers around the world. Kevin and his team lead the product development for all the products being produced at our local plant, as well as several products produced at other plants within Hendrickson.

Hendrickson’s Mitchell location produces heavy duty, air ride suspension for the vocational semi-trailer market. The products produced in Mitchell are shipped around the world.
