Micks, Carolyn passed away peacefully at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on Monday, October 26, 2015 at age 73. Carolyn was predeceased by her loving husband Gerald Micks (July 2011). She will be lovingly missed by her children Brad Slater and his wife Tammy, Karen Cleary and her companion Steve Elkins and is predeceased by her daughter Sharon. Cherished grandmother of Megan, Jeremy, Kyle, Scott and Sarah. Carolyn will be sadly missed by her brother James Jones and his wife Ann, and sister Sandra Gough(late brother in law Harold) and she will also be missed by her sister in law Rosie Gass ( late Earl) and extended family. Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Clearview Community Church, 1070 Simcoe County Road 7, Stayner, Ontario from noon to 1 p.m. followed by funeral service at 1 p.m. Internment took place at Creemore Union Cemetery.
