Thank you to artist Peter Adams for receiving the Dufferin Arts Council Reed T. Cooper Bursary on an abandoned old farm house on the Second Line of Mulmur, near the Nottawasaga Town Line. It is known as the Leighton House. This is where the late Keith Leighton and his wife Gretta, started their married life in 1949. Peter Adams presented a showing of his paintings and photographs from September 12 to November 14. It was amazing the amount of people who filed through the Museum to capture this wonderful work. We were all overwhelmed by the paintings and story of this old house and our home. Thank you Peter. From Gretta Leighton, Bruce Leighton, Cindy Robertson and the Weatherall family
