Dear friends and family, As days lengthen and temperatures rise, we often find ourselves enjoying the sunshine out in the vineyards, anticipating budbreak in some and marveling at new growth in others. It is a wonderous and exciting time of year, certainly one of fresh beginnings! We are proud to announce that we have met a remarkable achievement with the inaugural release of the 2012 Sextant Sparkling Brut. A masterpiece of patience and determination, and a project uniquely passionate to Craig, this sparkler celebrates the culmination of over ten years of suspense, eight of those spent en tirage elevating the wine’s flavor and texture profiles above and beyond our expectations. We would love for you to taste our Sparkling Brut and toast this monumental release at our tasting room in Paso Robles, or in Edna Valley. At Sextant’s sister winery, we have officially opened Cépage at Paris Valley Road Estate Winery. Cépage is a stunning stage for Chef Joe White’s seasonal menu offerings, each expertly paired with a worldclass Paris Valley Road estate wine. An exquisite restaurant, Cépage is designed to accommodate both indoor and outdoor seating, making every visit a memorable experience.
