• At our Birdwood Campus, “Being Third” is more than a motto. Lower School students are learning to put God and others before themselves through everyday acts of kindness and meaningful service. From collecting more than 7,000 items for a local pantry to serving during Community Service Day, and practicing these habits at home during “Being Third Week,” students are learning what it truly means to live well.

• The following teams recently won State Championships: - Boys’ Varsity Cross Country - Girls’ Varsity Volleyball - Varsity Football - Boys’ Varsity Swimming - Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse • Our vibrant Arts program continues to flourish. This year’s musical featured one of our largest casts and orchestras to date, and we have already presented one show with another just weeks away. Covenant students are also earning recognition beyond our campus, including numerous Scholastic Art Awards at various levels and selection to the prestigious All-VA Orchestra, just to name a few.

• Campus Enhancements for the 2025–2026 Academic Year: - Added a new art classroom at our Birdwood Campus - Installed six new state-of-the-art tennis courts - Completed construction of a new baseball barn and batting cage - Refreshed the Hickory campus library with new furnishings and dedicated study rooms • Covenant’s Middle School students are actively engaged in a wide range of academic and leadership opportunities beyond the classroom. Students participate in events like the annual spelling bee and regional science fairs, where many earn top honors. They also collaborate in Quiz Bowl and serve on the House Leadership Team as they grow as scholars and leaders.
