BESPOKE APPROACH

Create better outdoor living with Suncoast Enclosures.

AS MORE AND MORE residential construction is being based around the idea of making the most of Queensland’s amazing weather, there is strong demand for products that reflect the high level of quality and functionality these designs bring.

The new approach to outdoor living requires a much wider range of products than the old school pool with a cabana at one end.

Large alfresco areas and patios are becoming more commonplace on every build.

While these designs offer so many benefits, it is important to consider what the structures can do to accommodate natural lighting and how we live in these spaces without debris and bugs interfering with our enjoyment.

Suncoast Enclosures is one boutique builder that has been at the forefront of the luxury design outdoor living market for close to 40 years now.

The highly-experienced team provide bespoke designed and built outdoor living spaces for the residential and commercial market across the east coast of Australia with a Queensland office here on the Gold Coast.

Entering the market in the 1980s with the innovative 'Florida Screen Room' design concept imported from the USA, Suncoast Enclosures can transform any outdoor area to become a living space that is an integrated part of the home. Their services include glass roofs and awnings, glass conservatories and sun rooms, enclosing your pool area and their most recent addition, a market-leading electric 'power blind' capable of spanning distances of 5.9m with more to come.

With a focus on aluminium framing, the construction encompasses the original emphasis on screens but now expands into insulated roof products as well as glass roofing.

As a leader in this field, they are often called on by large developers looking for the knowledge and know-how to integrate these structures into the developments in the forms of large-scale roof structures and operable roofs. Most notably, the opening glass roof at the Emporium Hotel in South Bank Brisbane.

Suncoast Enclosures has focused on designing and constructing products to overcome the problems associated with moving our lives outdoors.

From using screens to keep out bugs and mosquitoes so you can enjoy your outdoor areas to the use of glass to continue to bring natural light into your home and showcase your views, they can design a project perfect for your space.

Suncoast also provides you with a seamless process, working with one team to make your vision come to life.

Providing the full scope of project planning from design concepts to completion of your build, you will have complete confidence that your project is 100 per cent bespoke-built for your home.

New In 2023

With operations along the East Coast of Australia and a brother company operating in all states of Canada and many in the USA, Suncoast Enclosures have recently introduced new electric ‘power blinds’ to complement the fixed screens they have always offered.

Electric blinds have become a popular option for the outdoor living space, but where they really come into their own is the development of their 'power blinds' to cover widths of up to 5.9 metres today and, by the end of the year, will have the facilities in place to construct up to 9-metre blinds.

This means no more upright posts spoiling your space when the blinds are up.
