The Coronet Theatre and RADA have formed a new partnership to present RADA’s MA Theatre Lab’s Lab Works.
This week-long project combines workshops and scratch nights, and culminates in a series of original ‘theatre-shorts’, enabling artistic development, public visibility, and new networking opportunities for these emerging artists.
“We’re thrilled to continue this collaboration with RADA MA Lab, one of the only courses in London that truly champions experimental, laboratory, practice.” Anda Winters, Artistic Director, The Coronet Theatre.
“We hope that this partnership between RADA’s MA Theatre Lab and the Coronet team will continue to offer graduates the time and space to continue exploring collaborative and experimental approaches to performance, in a ‘brave’ and playful environment.” Ian Morgan, MA Theatre Lab Course Leader.

Of a little girl
Hiding in a little house
Surrounded by tigers
She just wants to sleep but at night
When the evening lights shine

“For me, the artist is at the heart of the programme, and I work closely with the makers of the pieces I bring to London, sometimes watching and encouraging them for years. In this increasingly fractious world, I feel strongly that one of the greatest uniting forces is the international language of and desire of all of us to engage with art, whether as a maker or spectator.
My goal is to fill the theatre spaces – the Main House, Print Room Studio, and bar – with diverse and wonderful arts from across the world, celebrating all its many forms and the audiences who enjoy them”
