Felicia Medina

Felicia Medina is passionate about real estate and helping her clients get exactly what they want. She is a consummate professional, expert negotiator, and fearless communicator. Not one to limit the scope of her impact, Felicia works deftly with first time home buyers, seasoned developers, and clients at every level of experience between. That nearly all of her business comes from referrals and repeat customers is her greatest source of pride. Relationships have shaped her business since she was working as a top-producing property insurance agent. In her role as the regional insurance director for Oakwood Homes, Colorado’s industry-leading privately held home builder, she cultivated connections with top executives in the industry while expanding her knowledge of real estate and construction.

A lifelong Colorado resident, Felicia has lived in Denver, Boulder, Golden, Leadville, Frisco and Steamboat. Yes, all those places! Her love for and knowledge of the state she has always called home is unparalleled. She and her husband, Jason, believe in the future of Colorado and consistently invest in local real estate themselves. Not only is Felicia invested in her clients, she also makes significant efforts to contribute to their lives. She serves on her Denver neighborhood board of directors (Sunnyside United Neighbors) and as a parent representative on her local school district’s steering committee (Denver Public Schools Collaborative Schools Committee). She is also the board of directors for a movement designed to assist Latina women (Adelante Mujer). In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, including her son and husband.
