IT’S ALL IN THE QUESTIONS The quality of our questions will determine the quality of our lives. Every time. No exceptions. If our clients are asking disempowering questions, they cannot make the changes they need.

A great way to assist them in creating the shifts is the Power Questions. Anthony Robbins utilises similar questions in ‘Awaken the Giant Within’.

TIPS FOR COACHES Take a client through this exercise, and then ask them to repeat it at least once a day until the next session. Follow up by asking a question that assumes change, i.e., ‘I was wondering what differences you’ve noticed since our last session?’
