Property Report END OF YE AR 2024
As we welcome the new year, The Cliffs is proud to report on successful real estate sales in 2024. Across all seven communities, 287 properties were sold, generating a total sales volume of $336,033,362 across all real estate brokerages operating within our gates. While the total number of transactions decreased by 15%, the sales volume only saw a modest 5% decrease yearover-year, thanks to rising property values. Average sales prices continued to rise, with homes increasing by 10% and homesites by 16%. Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, remains the leader, having sold 180 properties totaling $188,008,465, representing a 63% market share. In 2024, The Cliffs welcomed 183 new member families. We proudly unveiled Canebrake at Keowee Falls, a stunning collection of lakefront homesites, along with Cherokee Rose at Mountain Park, 12 expansive mountain homesites, and Cove Park at Walnut Cove, a semi-custom neighborhood by Cliffs Builders. We also broke ground on the much-anticipated Sports Pavilion at Mountain Park and introduced the new Golf Learning Center at Keowee Springs. Additionally, The Cliffs expanded its footprint with the acquisition of The Village at Mountain Park.
