THE CLIFFS REPORTS $399.2M IN 2025 SALES, A 19% YOY TOTAL VOLUME INCREASE

Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, Remains the Market Leader with a 22.3% YOY Total Volume Sales Increase

TRAVELERS REST, S.C., February 2026 – The Cliffs, a collection of seven private, luxury residential mountain and lake club communities located in the Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains, reported strong yearover-year growth in 2025 with $399.2M across 323 closings representing 19% total volume and 12% total transaction increases respectively.

Home sales led this momentum with 146 transactions a 21% increase year-over-year generating $328.9M in volume, up 26% from the previous year, with an average sale price of $2.25M, a 5% increase. Homesite activity also saw increased demand, with transactions rising 7% to 177 sales, while volume totaled $70.2M.

Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, remained the undisputed market leader, transacting 201 of last year’s total 323 closings (representing an 11.7% increase YOY) totaling $229,882,585 (representing a 22.3% increase YOY). The firm’s successful year also saw their Asheville office’s market share expand by 15% YOY; agents at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs list and sell 122 Waterfern Court for $6,950,000, The Lake Region’s highest-value transaction of 2025; and represent the buyer for 142 Cherokee Rose Trail at The Cliffs at Mountain Park which sold for $4,275,000, a record-breaking transaction for the Greenville-area community.

Highlights included the opening of the Sports Pavilion at Mountain Park, designed by acclaimed Atlanta firm, Summerour Architects, and the debut of the new Cliffs Realty Mountain Region Sales Center at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, further strengthening the firm’s presence and elevating the sales experience for members and prospective buyers.

Last year, Cliffs Realty partnered with Cliffs Residents Outreach (CRO), sponsoring five cruises aboard the Magnificent 7 (The Cliffs’ boat available for member use on Lake Keowee) that raised over $35,000 for local charities. The partnership also donated 350 coats, gloves, and shoes to children in need across Greenville, Pickens, Spartanburg, and Oconee counties; supported Ribbons for a Cure, Unbroken Spirits, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of

Western North Carolina; while also hosting events and donating more than 100 winter items to local students at Avery Creek Elementary School in Arden, North Carolina.
