We believe that your dream house should reflect your unique tastes. Therefore, your chosen floor plan grants you several options in both exterior and interior paint colors and window trims. How many homesites are available in Golf Ridge?
There are 18 homesites available. Eight of those are set along the Gary Player golf course and the remaining 11 showcase golf course views. In considering your floor plan of choice, please note that Plans 1 and 4 are available only on homesites 7-10, 13, 20.
Who is the architect and designer of the neighborhood?
Three of the homes were designed by Housing Design Matters, a Jacksonville, Florida architectural firm led by Deryl Patterson, a member at The Cliffs. While the other home was conceptualized by Mark Permar of Permar, Inc. A specialist in real estate planning, investment, and development, Permar’s unique, hands-on process results in better environments for people to thrive.
How long will it take to build my home?
While this depends on many factors, we expect homes to be completed in under 18 months from ground breaking.
Can I select the exterior color, finish, and roof shingle color?
Limited changes can be made and while we can make minor modifications to exterior elevations, all changes must be in line with Mountain Park Architectural Review Board guidelines and fit the design guidelines for the community.
Can I redesign the interior floor plan?
While we do allow for changes to finish packages, we cannot accommodate changes to structural elements (walls/room sizes). Any changes are subject to potential change orders.
