Housekeeping Checklist
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE • If the alarm goes off - leave all bags where they are and follow instructions of teacher. Leave building walking and meet up the hill outside 111 Wellesley Street West. EATING SPACES • Foyer downstairs • Changing Rooms PLEASE DO NOT • Run in the corridors or studios • Put shoes at top of the stairs or stand around at the top of the stairs • Eat while walking along the corridors • Take any food into the studios - only water is allowed • Lean on mirrors • Leave water running in the bathroom • Leave valuables (i.e phones and money) in the changing rooms - Wellesley Studios takes no responsibility for personal belongings. PLEASE DO • Make sure your ballet shoes are clean - no rosin or shoes used on competition floors or you may be asked to take them off • Report any spills in the studio or in corridors to teacher immediately • Report any blocked toilets to teacher immediately • Report any injuries to teacher immediately • Put rubbish in the bins provided • Water filter taps are provided in the changing rooms. Please only use these over the sink and make sure they are off when you finish • Speak quietly outside the studios • Keep bags and outdoor shoes in the changing room - out of the middle of the floor and away from the entrance to the basins and toilets • Be very careful leaving the building onto driveway in case of cars • Be careful crossing the road • Have fun and enjoy your dance!
