HE price of the average threebed semi in County Clare rose by 2.8% to ₏185,000 between June and September, according to a national survey. County Clare prices rose significantly, by 5.7% in the last 12 months, the survey found. The REA Average House Price Survey
concentrates on the actual sale price of Ireland’s typical stock home, the threebed semi, giving an up-to-date picture of the second-hand property market in towns and cities countrywide to the close of last week. Meanwhile, house hunters are moving quickly in Clare with the first phase of turnkey homes at Sycamore Drive in Ennis already sold out.
