TICKET SCRAMBLE is on ahead of this Sunday’s All Ireland Semi Final replay between Clare and Galway at Semple Stadium, Thurles. Excitement has reached fever pitch as Clare bid to reach their first return to the promised land since 2013. Thousands of Clare supporters raced to Centra and Superva-
lu stores on Monday morning at 11.30am, when it was announced without any warning that tickets for the replay were on sale. Some 54,191 people attended Saturday’s thrilling draw in Croke Park - which has been billed as some of the best hurling ever seen on display at Croker - and Semple Stadium which will host the replay only has a capacity of 46,300.
