This is where coming home happens.
I’m Stacy. And along with my husband and older daughter, we welcomed home our beautiful baby, Nasya. I’m an emergency nurse in New York City, so when I started hemorrhaging badly and losing amniotic fluid 25 weeks into my pregnancy, I knew just how bad my situation was. Fortunately, I was taken to Westchester Medical Center, where they have the most advanced care in the Hudson Valley for high-risk pregnancies and premature babies. Doctors and nurses were able to stabilize my condition. And even though Nasya was just 24 ounces when she came into this world, 5 months later she was nearly 6 pounds and ready to come home. WMCHealth saved both of our lives. And because we were there, now we are here - home.
