Greetings TCWW Family and Friends: As we forge into a new and exhilarating 2016, BEEM would like to thank each of you for the encouragement, support and commitment you have shown by supporting this 2016 Business Directory. As we leave 2015, our Ministry has been renewed and reinvigorated with some of the most Talented and Dedicated Members of the TCWW Family.

BEEM is a Ministry dedicated to empowering our community through Business, Education and Service.

These three pillars are only achieved through our Mission of Evangelism, Discipleship and Stewardship as envisioned through the leadership of Pastor Ralph Douglas West. Our goal is to reflect God’s omnipresence in each program, event or project we sponsor.

One of the highlights for the Ministry in 2015 was our Meet & Greet Showcase. This was an opportunity for the Ministry to open its doors and extend a heartfelt invitation to new and prospective members to learn more about the goals and objectives of BEEM and TCWW. This event was also a platform to provide exposure to educational and faith based resources available through our Church, member businesses and the surrounding Houston community.

In 2015, BEEM sponsored a Men’s Employment Expo & Tailgate Party in collaboration with Momentum Men’s Ministry. This exemplary event featured an employment symposium designed to help reduce the large numbers of unemployed men of color grappling with the stifling effects of joblessness. The event was highlighted by a panel discussion consisting of educators, business executives and entrepreneurs dedicated to ending the effects of unemployment and hopelessness affecting our surrounding church communities.

Our Vision in 2016, for BEEM, is bold and we are filled with faith that with God all things can be accomplished if we seek Him first. As we begin 2016, we have started work for the New Year on an Employment & Business Expo in conjunction with the Armed Forces Ministry. We need dedicated members like you to join us in this endeavor!

We will begin work on our Business Directory for 2017, in the second quarter of 2016. We are already working on another exciting venture created by BEEM for 2016, to better support our TCWW businesses and those seeking employment opportunities by creating a TCWW BEEM Employment Register. If your company or business has a job opening, our goal is to have that job posted on the BEEM site. We have many more exciting ideas and goals for the future of BEEM. Our work is challenging and the responsibility to stay focused requires dedicated members who are Christ centered. We pray that you will support this Ministry in 2016. We thank each person who has contributed to this Ministry both past and present and we look forward to a bold and powerful Ministry in 2016.
