This service is complimentary and membership is not required. Scheduling: The Chamber requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice to make event arrangements, with one month or more being ideal. To ensure maximum attendance and availability, all events will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please call The Chamber to schedule: (513) 422-4551. FAQs: How should we prepare? The Chamber will provide the ceremonial scissors and ribbon, as well as photo coverage of the event. Please invite all friends, family and colleagues that you would like to participate in the ceremony/photo op. Snacks and refreshments are encouraged. Do you help with promotion? The Chamber will invite its Ambassador team, community officials and area news representatives to attend the event. In addition, an announcement will be made in the mid -month update and/or monthly newsletter. Chamber members will receive added benefits, including a special announcement in the monthly newsletter with your company logo and a photo from the event.
What usually happens? Before the ceremony starts, a representative from The Chamber or your respective city will say a few words, followed by someone from your organization. Those in attendance will then pose for a group photo before cutting the ribbon. Often times, people stick around for a brief tour and/or snacks and refreshments, if you choose to provide them.
