April is the start of a new CLIMB Class. If your organization has identified an emerging leader, these sessions will better define their leadership skills to be successful. Click this link to learn more about the topics being covered in these eight (8) sessions program. Registration deadline, March 31. Part of the program includes a few visits to some local facilities to learn what they make, where it goes and what this area has to offer.

We are always looking for organizations to endorse the Passport To Tomorrow (P2T) program. Endorsing the program means youwillworkwithP2Tinstructors todevelopaninteractiveexperienceforelementarystudentsand guarantee aninterviewtoanystudentwhohasearnedallsix(6)badges. Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 13 for our Annual Golf Outing Shaker Run will again be hosting us, so please plan to invite a customer to spend the day with you.

Atrium Medical Center Elevates Patient Care

In the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare, Atrium Medical Center remains at the forefront of progress, continually enhancing its vision to inspire better health. Through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives, your full-service hospital ensures that you and your family receive top-notch medical care close to home.

The Christ Hospital Health Network and Premier Health announced in June 2023 an innovative collaborative partnership that will enable more patients in the region access to highly specialized cardiovascular care close to home through joint efforts of leading experts at both organizations. As part of this joint venture, Dr. J. Michael Smith is providing cardiothoracic surgical services in the Middletown area on a part time basis. Dr. Smith joins Premier Health’s John Miller, MD, at Greater Dayton Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons, located at Atrium.

Passport To T0morrow

Adopt A Class, along with the support of Middletown City Schools, the City of Middletown, and The Chamber received an Ohio Industry Sector Partnership (ISP) Grant.

The ISP Grant is aimed at supportinginitiativesthatencouragecollaboration betweenlocalbusinesses,educationalinstitutions,andcommunity stakeholders . These collaborations are designed to create workforce solutions that cater to the specific needs of Ohio's diverse industry sectors, facilitating the entry of Ohioans into the workforce pipeline while addressing the demands of job creators and enhancing the local economy.
