somewhere on my desk Rick Pearce President/CEO As we move into 2024, we said goodbye to Rob Zielsdorf, who attended his last Board meeting in December. Rob (Cohen) completed his 2nd term (6 years) and was instrumental in helping us rebuild the CLIMB Program. Rob was Board Chair in 2022 and Leadership Task Force Chair during his years with us. We will miss Rob’s insight and guidance and wish him well in the years ahead. I would like to thank all past board members for their time, talent, energy and commitment to The Chamber. Thank you for getting us to where we are today!
Rhonda Seidenschmidt (Premier Health) is our Board Chair for 2024, replacing Chip Hitte (First Financial). Joining the Executive Committee for this year is Jason Manni (Cincinnati Commercial Contracting). We also added Rich Keller (McGraw-Kokosing) and Brady Fening (LCNB National Bank) to the Chamber Board of Directors.
I want to thank all our members for their 2023 membership; your time, talent and treasure is greatly appreciated. Your support allows us to continue our mission and we appreciate you having faith in us to serve you in the high standards that you expect of a chamber. Our members are the glue that holds this organization and our communities together.

Passport To Tomorrow Students from Middletown Middle School and Middletown High School, taking classes at Butler Tech, traveled to six elementary schools, to help teach students about career fields with hands-on learning experiences. •
Business and Marketing, students got to create their own candy product and then design the label for it.
•
Exercise Science, students learned more about the spine, by building one out of gummy and mint life savers.
•
Culinary Arts, students made an icing recipe and decorated cookies.
•
Robotics and Apps, students got to play with robots and learn how to create their own apps.
