Next month (April) we will be starting a new CLIMB Class and celebrating our 40th year of preparing a next generation of leaders. If your organization has identified an emerging leader, these sessions will better define their leadership skills to be successful. Part of the program includes visits to some local facilities to learn what they make and what this area has to offer.

The second report is about “the storm“ heading our way and it attempts to answer the question, where is the workforce and how do we manage what is coming ?
